Breakwater models

  • BREAKWAT is a PC-model for the conceptual design of rubble mound structures (breakwaters, revetments, rock/shingle beaches etc.). The program computes several parameters, including static and dynamic stability, run-up and wave transmission.

BREAKWAT has been developed by WL|Delft Hydraulics.

Our engineers and researchers have extensive experience with this model and Alkyon Hydraulic Consultancy & Research is authorised to apply the model.
