COASTAL EngineER (MEDIOR OR Senior)

The vacancy is for an experienced engineer in our Coastal and Marine Systems group. The work includes diagnosis of coastal erosion problems, carrying out computer modeling, designing mitigative measures, coastal impact assessments, reporting and advice our clients. The coastal engineer that we are looking for can show us examples of his or her involvement in specialist advisory projects in the field of coastal engineering.  

The candidate should be educated to M.Sc. Level. He / she will have a good understanding of the physics behind sediment transport and coastal evolution. As well as having a good theoretical background, the candidate should be pragmatic and have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch. It is also important that the candidate has a good commercial network in our field of business.
