Vacancies

The company Alkyon is a dynamic engineering consultant (48 employees) based in The Netherlands and India. We work on harbour development, offshore, coastal protection and coastal zone management projects. The projects are generally innovative, technically demanding and are located throughout the world. Our clients include government agencies, harbour authorities, oil companies, private investors, contractors and consultants. 
Our work involves advising clients, setting up simulation models and developing new methods and software to support our advice. 

The vacancies are in the following areas in Alkyon: 

• Port and infrastructure development. We advise clients on the short and long term infrastructure requirements for transport over water.  
• Offshore technology. Activities include the design seabed protection around offshore constructions and advice on optimal pipeline routing and burial strategies.
• Coastal development. We advise clients on coastal evolution and coastal management, particularly following human intervention or coastal protection measures.
